Last Updated: 2 September 2026

This website is operated by Cevelle. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Cevelle, operated by JvHEcom, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands.

We offer this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or made available by hyperlink.

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the website or use our Services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Although JvHEcom is established in the Netherlands, Cevelle sells to customers in the United Kingdom. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights or protections you have under applicable UK consumer law.

Section 1 — Online Store Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in using the Service, violate any applicable laws or regulations, including intellectual property and copyright laws.

You must not transmit viruses, worms, malware, or any code of a destructive or malicious nature.

A breach of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

Section 2 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access to our Service where we have a lawful and reasonable basis to do so. Nothing in these Terms permits us to unlawfully discriminate against customers.

You understand that content you submit, excluding payment card information, may be transferred over various networks and may be adapted to meet technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Payment card information is encrypted during transmission in accordance with the security standards used by our payment providers.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission, except where permitted by law.

Section 3 — Orders and Formation of a Contract

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you may receive an automatic order acknowledgement or confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A binding contract between you and Cevelle is formed when we accept your order, normally when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept an order where there is a legitimate reason for doing so, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • we are unable to authorise your payment;

  • there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error;

  • we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;

  • you do not meet applicable eligibility requirements; or

  • we are unable to deliver the product to your location.

If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, the amount paid for the affected products will be refunded.

Section 4 — Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that information provided on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, information provided for general informational purposes may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

Nothing in this section affects our legal obligation to provide products that conform to their description or any other rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Historical information may be provided for reference only and may not be current.

We reserve the right to update or modify the contents of the website at any time.

Section 5 — Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Changes to the Service

All prices on cevelle.com are displayed and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) unless clearly stated otherwise.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order, subject to the provisions regarding obvious pricing errors in these Terms.

Any delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Cevelle currently offers free shipping to customers in the United Kingdom, subject to our Shipping Policy.

Prices displayed to UK consumers will include VAT where we are legally required to collect it.

Where products are dispatched internationally, customs, import VAT, duties, or other charges may apply depending on the value, origin, and circumstances of the shipment. Where any such charges are not collected by us at checkout and are legally payable by the recipient, they may be collected by the carrier or relevant authority.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information regarding delivery and any applicable import charges.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the website or Service. This does not affect orders we have already accepted or any statutory rights you have in relation to those orders.

Section 6 — Products and Product Information

Certain products may be available exclusively online through our website and may have limited quantities.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, photographs, colours, and other product information are accurate.

However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and other factors.

Minor variations in colour, texture, stitching, pattern placement, or finish may occur where these do not cause the product to differ materially from its description.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to particular geographic regions or jurisdictions where lawful to do so.

Section 7 — Delivery

Delivery estimates shown on our website or in our Shipping Policy are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific guaranteed delivery date.

We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the stated timeframe.

Under applicable UK consumer law, unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods should generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.

If delivery is materially delayed, your rights will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Please contact us at info@cevelle.com if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

Section 8 — Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, delivery, and account information when placing an order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order where we have a reasonable basis to do so.

These restrictions may include orders placed using the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or delivery address.

If we cancel or change an order after payment has been taken, we will refund any amount due to you.

Section 9 — Payment

The payment methods currently available to you are displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Cevelle does not directly store your complete payment card details.

You agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

Further information about payment processing, security, currencies, and available payment methods can be found in our Payment Policy.

Section 10 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, integrations, payment providers, or other services that we do not directly control.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 11 — Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties.

These websites are not necessarily affiliated with Cevelle, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or accuracy.

You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them or providing personal information.

Section 12 — User Comments, Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you voluntarily provide reviews, feedback, suggestions, photographs, comments, ideas, or other materials to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, and display those materials for legitimate business purposes, including promoting our products and Services.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide such material to us.

You must not submit content that:

  • infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • contains unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material;

  • contains malware or malicious code;

  • impersonates another person; or

  • is deliberately false or misleading.

Where required by law, advertising or promotional use of customer content will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer, advertising, privacy, and intellectual property rules.

Section 13 — Personal Information

Your submission and our processing of personal information through the website are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, how long it may be retained, who it may be shared with, and the rights available to you.

Section 14 — Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, delivery information, or other matters.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.

If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may cancel the affected order.

If we cancel an order because of a pricing or similar error after you have already paid, we will refund the amount paid for the affected products.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where goods do not match their description.

Section 15 — Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website, Services, or content:

  • for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

  • to encourage another person to participate in unlawful activities;

  • to violate applicable laws or regulations;

  • to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of another person;

  • to harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against, or harm another person;

  • to submit false or misleading information;

  • to transmit malicious software or code;

  • to collect or track another person's personal information unlawfully;

  • to spam, phish, scrape, crawl, or interfere with the website in an unauthorised manner; or

  • to circumvent or interfere with the security features of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to our Service where these restrictions are breached.

Section 16 — Your UK Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have important statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, or any other Cevelle policy is intended to restrict those rights.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must generally be:

  • of satisfactory quality;

  • fit for their intended purpose; and

  • as described.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, you may have rights to reject the goods, obtain a repair or replacement, or receive a price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and when the issue is reported.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers generally have the right to cancel most online purchases without giving a reason.

For most eligible purchases, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

After notifying us that you are cancelling, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods, subject to applicable exceptions and legal requirements.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will provide the refund required by law, including eligible standard outbound delivery costs where applicable. As Cevelle currently provides free standard shipping to UK customers, there will normally be no standard outbound delivery charge to refund.

Certain goods may be exempt from the statutory cancellation right, including certain personalised, made-to-order, sealed hygiene-sensitive, or other legally exempt products where the relevant conditions are satisfied.

Full information about cancellations, returns, faulty goods, refunds, and applicable return costs is provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in our policies affects your statutory rights.

Section 17 — Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the website itself will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • breach of your statutory rights as a consumer;

  • defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded; or

  • any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both you and we knew that it might happen.

If you purchase products as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or business interruption resulting from your use of products for commercial purposes.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

Section 18 — Indemnification

If you use our website or Services for business or commercial purposes rather than as a consumer, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cevelle, JvHEcom, and their relevant partners, service providers, employees, and representatives from reasonable claims, liabilities, losses, and legal costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Service or material breach of these Terms.

This indemnification provision does not apply to consumers purchasing goods for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Section 19 — Severability

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Where necessary, the affected provision or part will be treated as removed from these Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Section 20 — Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use our website or Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website where you materially breach these Terms or use our Service unlawfully.

Termination does not affect rights, obligations, or liabilities that arose before termination.

Any provisions that by their nature are intended to continue after termination will remain effective.

Section 21 — Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with our:

constitute the agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the website and purchases from Cevelle, subject always to your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Section 22 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and contracts for purchases made through Cevelle are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If you are a consumer resident in England or Wales, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland, you may generally bring proceedings in either the Scottish courts or, where legally applicable, the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in Northern Ireland, you may generally bring proceedings in either the Northern Irish courts or, where legally applicable, the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws applicable to you.

Section 23 — Changes to These Terms

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page.

We may update or replace parts of these Terms from time to time, including where necessary to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or applicable laws.

Any updated version will be published on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively alter the contractual terms applicable to an order we have already accepted unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms in relation to your continued use of the website.
